The present clubhouse was opened in 1961 by Roger Wethered. He and his sister Joyce were elected honorary members of Liphook in 1926 and their pictures in the bar remain object lessons in how to swing a club.

The clubhouse is traditional but not old-fashioned. P.G.Wodehouse would have felt at home, no doubt recognising characters similar to those he immortalised; yet junior members and visitors can feel equally at ease in the friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
